Then, drive to Rabat, the capital city, where you’ll explore landmarks like the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue your journey to Fes, arriving in the evening. Settle into your riad and prepare for tomorrow’s exploration.
Depart early from Fes and drive through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Midelt, a small mountain town, before descending into the stunning Ziz Valley, known for its vast palm groves and traditional kasbahs. Arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. In the late afternoon, embark on a camel trek into the dunes to catch the breathtaking sunset over Erg Chebbi.
